Main Page: Data Processing Upgrade
We’re pleased to share some exciting news about an important change we’ve recently made to enhance our ability to serve you. In early November, 2017, we upgraded to a new data processing system. This set the stage for some great things, both now and in the future, including:
- Less paperwork and quicker service at the teller line and drive-up
- The introduction of “P2P” (person-to-person) payments via Mobile Banking
- A better Online Banking and Bill Pay experience
- The technology to provide you with new products sooner and more efficiently
The purpose of this section of our website is to provide important information about the upgrade in an easy-to-use “Q&A” (question and answer) format. The information is organized by topic. Please refer to the index at the bottom of this page and click on the appropriate text link to access a specific subject.
Similar information was mailed to all client households and businesses in a booklet format prior to the upgrade. In addition, we also reached out to specific groups of our clients --- for example, Mobile Banking, Telephone Banking and users of specialty business services --- with more detailed information and instructions.
Although the upgrade was completed in November, we know that you may still need assistance. Consequently, we’ll keep all of the origial upgrade information resources available on our website for several months. If you have questions or need help, please contact any one of our convenient locations.
In addition, you may call (309) 343-7141 during extended hours:
